Stacked Cards ("we," "our," or "us") provides a credit card benefit tracking service that helps users monitor and maximize the value of their premium credit card benefits. The service is available at stacked.cards.

4. Plaid Integration

Our service integrates with Plaid to connect to your financial accounts. By using this feature, you authorize Plaid to access your financial account data on your behalf and share relevant transaction and account information with Stacked Cards. Your use of Plaid is also subject to Plaid's terms and policies. You may revoke Plaid's access at any time through your account settings.

5. No Financial Advice

Stacked Cards is a benefit tracking tool only. Nothing in our service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. We do not recommend specific credit cards or financial products. You should consult qualified professionals for financial decisions. We are not responsible for any financial decisions you make based on information displayed in our service.

6. Service Availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that benefit tracking data will be completely accurate. Benefit details are maintained on a best-effort basis and may not reflect the most recent changes by card issuers.

7. Termination and Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, we will remove your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stacked Cards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill arising out of your use of the service.
